Requirements:

  • High school is requested but College or University is advanced,
  • Experience in Quality systems such as ISO, FSC and GDP
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Fluent spoken and written English,
  • Client oriented thinking
  • Proactive, responsible and reliable

Advantages:

  • Understanding of Distribution field for pharmaceutical products

Tasks:

  • Support the Sales and Quality team regarding questionnaires / technical enquiries re-ceived from partners
  • GDP involvement as specified in the relevant internal processes
  • Compliance with applicable Pharmaceutical division quality requirements
  • Local management of ISO9001 as set forth in written internal processes or work instruc-tions
  • Training to ensure that the requirements of the above Quality certifications are met
  • Active participation in local management review
  • Perform Internal Audits/Self Inspections
  • Handling of Nonconformities in internal system
  • Maintain Country Specific Appendix to Corporate Quality Manual
  • Preparation for and attending external audits by Customers and certifying bodies such as SGS and local authorities.
  • Control local quality forms; ensure all systems data is accurately maintained
  • Support the activity of Sales Team
  • Keep in contact with local authorities and provide them the requested information
