Quality Coordinator

ALDI International IT Services has a significant role within ALDI SÜD. We provide IT support to our employees in our stores and offices in eight European countries. We operate in two different, continuously growing locations in Budapest and Pécs. In this context, we are looking for a new colleague in this current role.

Your responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains quality management system
  • Continuously monitors customer satisfaction
  • Identifies patterns and trends as related to service quality
  • Maintains strong work relationship with the Continual Service Improvement Managers
  • Provides on-going feedback for Team Leaders and collaborates with the management
  • Works closely with Training Coordinators to identify and recommend department training needs
  • Cooperates with Knowledge Coordinators to identify knowledge articles in need of revision

Your profile

  • Strong English AND German language skills  
  • Experience in quality coordination
  • Experience gained in Service Desk
  • Knowledge of quality processes in Service Desk
  • Diplomatic, able to handle sensitive data confidentially
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability for monotony tolerance during ticket control
