Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of quality control and inspection requirements.
Proficient in creating, documenting, and training on processes, procedures, and work instructions, including visual aids, with a focus on inspection and AS6081 Counterfeit Mitigation practices.
Experienced in warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, testing (X-ray, decapsulation, XRF, solderability), inventory control, packaging, and shipping.
Skilled in pulling, stocking, and inventorying products, performing cycle counts, and managing physical inventories.
Capable of verifying products against datasheet specifications and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Committed to strict adherence to ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliance standards.

Requirements

0-2 year of direct experience in quality control within the electronic components industry or a related field; more experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe, with the ability to manage and organize multiple email requests.
Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
Experience documenting nonconformance's and maintaining accurate quality records.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and specifications to ensure compliance with established standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English, including the ability to effectively convey information via email.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced distribution environment and handle materials as needed during inspections.

Nice-to-have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and responsibilities.
Willingness to learn new skills and flexibility to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Possession of a forklift driver license is a plus.
