Project Manager - Online Operations and Customer Service (KH_100908)

Our market leader partner is a multinational company playing a huge role in the building materials industry. Their products are well-known globally. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager in the field of Online Operations and Customer Service. The employee’s focus will be to continuously optimize the department’s ability to provide best-in-class customer services and to improve the team’s ability to convert incoming sales leads. Besides the projects, the employee shall build up an in-depth knowledge about the different customer service systems and act as an admin in case of the related developments & optimizations.

Main responsibilities, tasks:

  • Project management/project participation in the field of Online Operations and Customer Service 
  • Building up best-in-class customer experience
  • Implementation of new tools & processes for the customer services team 
  • Implementation of system solutions for the integration of the different sales platforms with the Zendesk ticketing system
  • Implementing a new CRM solution for the department so that Customer Service Representatives are capable of efficiently managing installer accounts in a pro-active fashion
  • Improvement of the quotation flow within the department to increase the conversion rate of the incoming sales leads
  • Optimization of the tools and processes
  • Project management in the field of logistics to ensure a B2C focused logistics flow towards the end-users
  • Continuous and efficient cooperation with logistics department
  • Participation in ad-hoc tasks initiated by the Head of Online Operations and Customer Service

Required skills:

  • At least three years of experience in the field of project management
  • Experience in the field of customer services and logistics
  • Strong reporting competencies 
  • Experience with CRM systems and with SAP or Navision
  • Fluent in the English language
  • User-level of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and to make processes moving forward
  • Results-oriented and self-motivating
  • A pragmatic approach to all matters 
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality
