Project Associate - HR Payroll Specialist

ALDI International IT Services has a significant role within ALDI SÜD. We provide IT support to our employees in our stores and offices in eight European countries. We operate in two different, continuously growing locations in Budapest and Pécs. In this context, we are looking for a new colleague in this current role.

Your responsibilities

  • providing HR Payroll support for the ALDI Headquarters in Germany
  • preparation of the monthly wage and salary statement
  • managing master and transaction data in SAP HCM
  • you will be the contact person for our employees in matters relating to wage tax and social security law
  • preparation of certifications
  • communication with health insurance companies and public authorities

Your profile

  • fluency in German and English required
  • 3+ years of experience in field of Payroll
  • solid knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • comprehensive knowledge on SAP HCM
  • independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • good Microsoft Office (especially Excel) knowledge is advantageous
  • sociability and team spirit as well as a high willingness to perform
