- manage time reporting of multiple teams
- gathering and preparation of invoice data
- vacation tracking
- compiling status reports and meeting minutes
- manage onboarding of new project members
- gather quarterly performance reviews
- generic account dashboard maintenance
- manage customer visits, organise events etc
- manage expense reports
- travel arrangements
- Hands on experience in creating reports, Excel tabulation, queries
