EPAM Budapest office is looking for a Project Assistant.

Tasks:

  • manage time reporting of multiple teams
  • gathering and preparation of invoice data
  • vacation tracking
  • compiling status reports and meeting minutes
  • manage onboarding of new project members
  • gather quarterly performance reviews
  • generic account dashboard maintenance
  • manage customer visits, organise events etc
  • manage expense reports
  • travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in creating reports, Excel tabulation, queries
  • Good administration skills
  • Client focused approach
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Fluent English
