We are looking for a

Program Controller

for our site in Zalaegerszeg.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Support 12 months rolling Forecast for the assigned programs
  • Provide inputs for management information system to drive decisions
  • Utilize / ready to learn modern management accounting principles; promote activity-based management, product costing
  • Proactively drive actions to improve cashflow
  • Advise Program Manager on the reasons of variances against forecast
  • Support audits (SOX/ US GAAP)
  • Report to Factory Controller
  • Communicate to site management and regional functional leads

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Good command of English and Hungarian
  • Digitally fluent and able to utilize technology for finance
  • Big data management with MS Excel power pivot and MS Access
  • Flexible personality, who can adapt quickly to situations in a dynamic business environment
  • Complex thinking, analytical mindset and a lot of curiosity and endurance
