Production Manager - Zalaszentgrót

At Coca-Cola HBC’s Zalaszentgrót plant, you will take a key leadership role in our advanced water production facility. Your focus will be on operational excellence, process reliability, and continuous improvement across all production activities.

As Production Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for production performance, leading a skilled team, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety targets are consistently met. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment with strong development potential.

• Coordinate weekly production plans in collaboration with Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Water Treatment to ensure smooth, efficient operations across all shifts.
• Increase production line efficiency by improving uptime, shortening changeover and cleaning (CIP) times, and optimizing equipment utilization.
• Work closely with the Maintenance team to align daily, weekly, and annual maintenance activities with production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the reliable and effective operation of water treatment systems to support consistent product quality and smooth production start-ups.
• Lead digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, using data and technology to enhance production performance and operational visibility. will turn plans into reality.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar technical discipline)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• At least 5 years of relevant production or technical leadership experience in FMCG, pharma, or automotive industries
• Strong technical understanding to read process diagrams and technical drawings
• PLC knowledge is an advantage
