Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

    The company has an EMEA Business Centre in Budapest, and is currently looking for a Product Planning & Fulfillment Analyst - 6 month fixed term full/part time

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the integral supply chain to match demand and supply
  • Balance the Supply Chain Parameters for existing and new products
  • Continuously monitor and adjust supply chain parameters to follow and consider changing business situations
  • Check short term planning output and provide feedback to the BU Capacity Manager
  • Execute order management for customer sales orders, customer programs forecast and safety stock replenishment
  • Intervene in case of tight supply and subsequent customer impact by defining priorities in alignment with allocation and demand management
  • In case of allocation, execute order management according to the rules defined by the Allocation Manager
  • Monitor and control the production processes
  • Continuously monitor the customer order book, provide feedback towards Demand Management in order to prepare for the next forecast cycle
  • Support and arrange customer returns (quality, logistics and commercial returns) according to relevant procedures
  • Initiate improvement activities in case KPIs are below targets
  • Identify potential improvements and address to local Supply Chain Management

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

  • Economics degree (logistics is advantageous)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • 1 year of experience in supply chain & logistics, product planning or order management
  • Good team-player
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
