Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial automation and development projects
Design, develop, and optimize automated systems and production processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, maintenance, etc.)
Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation systems
Support commissioning, testing, and validation of equipment and systems
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Support cross-functional departments in development projects
Actively participate in training sessions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or manufacturing
Ability to independently manage and coordinate projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and industrial software tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
Strong communication skills at all organizational levels (direct and indirect)

Nice-to-have

Basic Lean knowledge gained through practical experience and/or academic coursework
Familiarity with REFA methodology
Conversational level of a second language
Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, etc.)
