Responsibilities

Monthly, quarterly, and annual production and financial reporting, ad hoc reports
Profitability analyses, including pre- and post calculation assessments
Validate stock taking results: oversee physical counts, investigate variances between physical stock and system records
Implement and monitor controls to prevent stock shinkage and improve inventory accuracy
Cost allocation and absorption: allocate costs to products/production lines with accuracy and consistency
Manage standard costs, variances, and related analyses
Manage inventory records and master data; reconciliation and cycle counting pocesses
Monitor and optimize cost drivers; drive cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements
Provide data and insights to support manufacturing operations, procurement, and decision-making
Support development and enforcement of controlling policies and procedures

Requirements

Higher education degree in economics or a related field
English at negotiation level
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Controller in manufacturing/production environment
Proficient in MS Office at professional level
Strong analytical skills and systemic, process-oriented mindset

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience with bulk goods processing
