Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual production and financial reporting, ad hoc reports
- Profitability analyses, including pre- and post calculation assessments
- Validate stock taking results: oversee physical counts, investigate variances between physical stock and system records
- Implement and monitor controls to prevent stock shinkage and improve inventory accuracy
- Cost allocation and absorption: allocate costs to products/production lines with accuracy and consistency
- Manage standard costs, variances, and related analyses
- Manage inventory records and master data; reconciliation and cycle counting pocesses
- Monitor and optimize cost drivers; drive cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Provide data and insights to support manufacturing operations, procurement, and decision-making
- Support development and enforcement of controlling policies and procedures
Requirements
- Higher education degree in economics or a related field
- English at negotiation level
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Controller in manufacturing/production environment
- Proficient in MS Office at professional level
- Strong analytical skills and systemic, process-oriented mindset
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with bulk goods processing
