Performance Analyst - French speaking

Finance teams ensure up-to-date, reliable, accurate and transparent financial, accounting, management and statutory reports. Elaborate assets and transactions, carrying out the month end close processes and data integrity, financial statutory reports, general finance and accounting, controlling, intercompany accounting, performance reporting.

In this role You will:

  • Contribute to the annual planning process by providing detailed analyses on the Gross Margin model for the designated business(es)
  • Produce detailed analyses during the year, drawing insights and highlighting areas where performance targets are not being met
  • Articulate trends and summarizes detailed analysis into meaningful high-level messages
  • Analyze and interprets actuals as a basis for performance management at business level
  • Provide statistical inputs to the respective regulatory bodies
  • Manage monthly and quarterly closing monitoring for cost accounting, inventory costing, FIFO, inventory valuation
  • Overview and monitor the associated Supply and Logistics costs
  • Contribute to the performance networks to share learnings and solutions

We have the following requirements

  • Relevant degree, recognized accounting qualification is an advantage
  • 5+ years relevant post degree experience
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proven track record of process improvement and project involvement
  • Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery against tight deadlines
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
  • Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
