What kind of tasks will you have?
- In collaboration with (channel) partners, maximizes forecastable software revenue and occasionally be part of global accounts team
- Prepares and utilizes the channel strategy for respecting countries – territory plans , including marketing, Partner personnel development
- Articulates SISW values and aligns large customer strategy with PLM solutions and visions
- Develops plans to promote the success of Partner development with area of Siemens Portfolio
- Is responsible for resource allocation, management and development of the internal presales team
- Collaborates with RC Siemens DF representative in DE initiative
What makes you stand out?
- University degree
- Track of experience and success at previous sales management role(s)
- Technical knowledge about software and PLM tools
- Ability to set the strategy, prioritize and organize tasks of the team
- Ability to collaborate with partners on sales cases
- Basic knowledge in Marketing and Finance management
- Business English at advanced level
- Driver’s license B
- Willing to travel 70% (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia or Hungary)
