Operations Manager - Public Cloud
Your tasks
- Define process and technical/Operation concepts for an Operation of Edge computing
- Continuous analysis and optimization for the internal process in terms of quality, cost, output, productivity, etc
- Periodically Reporting (KPIs)
- Supports service level and escalation management for international customers
- Customer care and support of existing customer about performance and quality
- Plans, controls and assumes responsibility for the timely / qualitative provision of the scope of services
- Plans and develops methods to increase efficiency in coordination with the SDM and implements them responsibly
If you have…
- Operations background or deep operational knowledge
- Experienced in process design and description
- Basic technical understanding of the infrastructure and operations tools
- Leading alignment workshops
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Experienced in writing Runbooks, operational handbook, service description etc….
- German speaking nice to have
- Motivated and ready for travelling
