OnSite Technology Support Specialist

Job Purpose

EY Technology manages and operates all the technology we use at EY, providing quality service and business solutions to EY personnel worldwide.

OnSite Technology Services (OSTS) sits within EY Technology. We provide technology support to end users in person. We are the ‘face of EY Technology’.

We invite you to join our team, providing everyday IT support to the firm’s 700+ colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional IT support to our internal customers over the phone, email, chat and face-to-face
  • Give solutions to various technological challenges
  • Supporting local and global projects and meetings
  • Maintenance of end user hardware, software and local infrastructure
  • Assist with hardware and software deployment and provisioning
  • Related administrative tasks, ticketing

  • Good follow-up and communications skills

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 2+ years experience gained in a similar role
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, MS Office and general IT
  • Bachelor degree OR 5+ years of practical experience

Ideally you also have:

  • Experience with IT networks (Mikrotik, Unifi, Cisco, etc.)
  • Scripting & Automation
  • Linux / Windows Server administration
  • VM (ESXi / Hyper-V / Proxmox) administration
