We are looking for an 

OFFICE MANAGER

to join our international partner, who operates in Budapest and recognized in project management and education.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and operative support.
  • Keeping contact with HR, finance, and other relevant departments if needed.
  • Handling internal and external communication duties.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databasesAssisting in payroll preparation.
  • Purchasing of office supplies and other equipment
  • Supporting the onboarding processes

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Fluency in English
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details
