As an Office Manager you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the office efficiently.

Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the daily operation of the recruitment office and over-seeing the daily administrative tasks of the office
  • Supporting the daily work of the Country Manager
  • Keep in touch with the local accountant and payroll provider and supporting the process: complete the payroll sheet monthly
  • Arrange documentations with new starters and leavers- data collections
  • Handling the incoming and outgoing invoices - aged debts follow-up
  • Update and complete daily, monthly reports and cooperating with UK based teams on Finance, HR and IT· Organising team building eventsManager relationships with suppliers, service providers and landlords- eg stationery and office equipment

Requirements:

  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English is must
  • College or University degree is advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications· Flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, dynamic and having a strong personality in order to adopt manager requests
  • Proactive, responsible and reliable
