    Accountable for facility management, manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
    Arrange business travels for incoming outgoing Bunge employees
  • Coordinating and organizing events
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized,
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Organize meeting rooms/catering services/restaurants for business meetings, trainings,
  • Ad hoc support the daily work of Senior Managers
  • Checking and approving invoices in SAP


  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Energetic and proactive personality
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
