Office Manager

About your tasks and responsibilities:

  • managing administrative works beside implementing the company’s yearly business plan
  • acting as the principal contact point of the company in Budapest
  • handling all enquiries and office business including budgetary and financial issues
  • supporting the all day-to-day operations of the company
  • developing the corporate identify, supporting the editor of the company’s newsletter
  • circulating documents such as agendas notes, meetings
  • preparing reports and financial statements, making presentations
  • developing policies and procedures
  • arranging programs, events and conferences, facilities
  • negotiations with suppliers, issuing informations and invitations,
  • organizing business meetings beside developing the strategic vision

Our requirements:

  • excellent English knowledge
  • high level of interpersonal and organisational competencies
  • technical experience in working with accounting systems and preparing budgets
  • ability to work independently under pressure, balanced personality
  • advanced MS Office skills
  • university degree, preferably in business, economics, finance, law or accounting, or equivalent work experience in these areas
  • minimum 5-year extensive experience in administration (preferably in an international environment)
  • convincing communication skills, creativity and openness
  • proactive, stress-tolerant personality
  • accuracy, self-dependence and problem shooting
  • flexibility in placement of work
