OFFICE ASSISTANT

    The main objective of this position is to manage the smooth daily operation of the office.

Main responsibilities:

  • Organising and support the work of the office.
  • Daily administration.
  • Organising meetings and travels.
  • Orders of office supply.
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries.
  • Documenting and taking phone calls.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree.
  • Some years experience in administration.
  • Very good communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent English and Hungarian language skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Dynamic, hard-worker, self-confident.
  • Excellent organiser and precise.
