Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative JO-1608-338048

Task(s):

  • To provide technical related support to customers via phone and e-mail
  • To log all calls and e-mails into ticketing system
  • To follow up the existing issues, delegate those, which are not of your competency
  • To take ownership of customers’ issues and handle them proactively
  • Maintain quality relationship with all customers and other departments of the company

Requirement(s):

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Fluent Swedish OR Norwegian AND advanced English knowledge both oral and written
  • Open minded, communicative attitude
  • Customer oriented mind-set
