.NET Support Analyst

TCS Hungary is looking for a .Net Support Analyst to join our team in Budapest!

The candidate will be part of a 20 member team built to provide L2 and L3 support in a global environment working in Multi-cultural team.  

Area of Responsibility:

  • Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the SLA which are escalated from L3 teams;
  • Identify, build and deploy opportunities for Continuous Improvements;
  • Create / update application documentation;
  • Identify Root Causes for Problem Records and create necessary documentation;
  • Provide / review resolutions to BreakFixes, create scripts, resolve performance issues and work on small enhancements;
  • Drive high Priority Incidents to closure;
  • Follow the set ITIL Service Management Processes.


  • .NET Framework 3.5 & Above [advantages];
  • Web Technologies : ASP.Net, C# or VB .Net, MVC, HTML 5, CSS 3, AJAX, JQuery and Java Script [advantages];
  • Web Services : WCF, WEB API, WPF;
  • Microsoft Tools : Visual Studio 2008 & above, TFS;
  • Database : SQL Server 2008;

Experience required:

  • 1-3 years professional experience

Required Qualification:
