.NET Support Analyst
TCS Hungary is looking for a .Net Support Analyst to join our team in Budapest!
The candidate will be part of a 20 member team built to provide L2 and L3 support in a global environment working in Multi-cultural team.
Area of Responsibility:
- Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the SLA which are escalated from L3 teams;
- Identify, build and deploy opportunities for Continuous Improvements;
- Create / update application documentation;
- Identify Root Causes for Problem Records and create necessary documentation;
- Provide / review resolutions to BreakFixes, create scripts, resolve performance issues and work on small enhancements;
- Drive high Priority Incidents to closure;
- Follow the set ITIL Service Management Processes.
- .NET Framework 3.5 & Above [advantages];
- Web Technologies : ASP.Net, C# or VB .Net, MVC, HTML 5, CSS 3, AJAX, JQuery and Java Script [advantages];
- Web Services : WCF, WEB API, WPF;
- Microsoft Tools : Visual Studio 2008 & above, TFS;
- Database : SQL Server 2008;
- IT Operation, Telecommunication
- IT Support, Helpdesk
- IT Development
- Programmer, Developer
- IT Consultant, Analyst, Auditor
- 1-3 years professional experience
- High school degree
Required language level:
- English (intermediate / communication)
- Full time
