Net Revenue Management CoE Reporting and Performance Analyst

The Taste

    The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Reporting Analyst reports to the NRM Lead and will support various NRM related reporting processes, together with the upcoming daily activities of the team.

Ingredients:

  • Understand Diageo commercial and related financial data through an analytical approach
  • Support Diageo performance through reporting & analysis of NRM related spend / income and Key Performance Indicators; provide high-quality, seamless and timely reporting service
  • Ability to extract data from multiple data sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
  • Cooperate in the design, maintenance and improvement of reporting solutions
  • Have a solid knowledge of the supported information asset and the underlying core processes as well as technology
  • Be a great business partner to the market NRM contacts and the in-market commercial finance teams, the Sales OPEX team and the wider BI&A team through building great relationships, supporting and challenging with skill, holding business partners to account

How to Serve:

  • 3-5 years reporting/data analysis experience within an FMCG/CPG company and ideally some cross-functional
  • University or College Degree
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet/reporting programs and tools (eg. SAP, MS Excel, MS Access, other solutions)
  • Fluent Business English
  • Curious, willing to dig deeper into data and explore relationship between data and business outcomes, able to draw insights from data
  • Detailed oriented, structured in approach to work with logical, progressive thinking and assessing solution impacts on the business and other systems
  • Ability to share knowledge both internally and remotely
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer focused attitude
  • Self-supportive approach and ownership in issue resolution
  • Team work in a multinational environment
