Multilingual CDM Key User

What you will be doing:
- Support CDM support team and Sales by reporting missing information
- Work with partners to get correct data from them when needed
- Inform CDM support team of new partners on boarding and provides them the necessary information
- Reconcile Sales Out and Inventory with Sell In
- Identify missing or duplicate information and correct it
- Maintains CDM customer repository to ensure accounts are not duplicated
- Coordinates with D365 Key Users when new partners need creating, or partner attributes need correcting
- Monthly reporting of Sales Out to EMEA/WW
- Support to calculate sales attainment for commissions
- Support the forecast and outlook processes through visibility on channel inventory
Requirements that make you the best candidate:
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
- Full professional proficiency in English AND French / German / Spanish / Italian / Turkish
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT and/or Finance
- Experience in communication and teamwork within a multicultural environment
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking
- Excellent Excel skills
- Database experience is a plus
- SAP experience is a preference
