Marketing & Sales Assistant

Qualification:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree business, economic, marketing or similar
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with public tenders administration
  • Experience with social media
  • Understanding of graphic work processes Printed / Video / PPT
  • Good Hungarian stylistic skills

Responsibilities:

  • Localization of Marketing tools to Hungarian language
  • Co-operation with the Global Marketing Team at Company HQ
  • Collection of market intelligence from Sales team and its application to Marketing tools
  • Organization of Company events (Congresses, Workshops)
  • Social Media Content
  • Creation & distribution of Newsletters
  • Support of Sales Team
  • Administration of Sales Quotation
  • Administration of Public Tenders
  • Communication with customers (Calls, emails)
  • Administration of databases
