Marketing Incentive and MPS Coordinator

to join our team in Szentendre

(Fixed term till 31st October 2020)

Tasks and responsibilities:

Variable Marketing (VM) Campaign and Marketing Program System (MPS) Payment Coordination:

  • General Payment system (MPS) Coordination
    • Coordinate program approval process
    • Coordinate weekly payments of all programs
    • Manage Fleet Payments (Approved Dealer claims & Vista data & MPS payment)
    • Manage admin background of all Variable Marketing programs (full documentation)
    • Support ongoing control requirement of Variable Marketing programs (List control)
  • Comprehensive manage of dealer claims Variable Marketing, Price/Stock protection, other (Administration / eligibility control / coordinate approval process)
  • Prepare Program evaluations / identify overruns, analyse cause of overruns
  • Perform Campaign audits of all VM programs (Documentation review, matching with System data, prepare summary)
  • Support internal VM audits


Support Fleet Sales process

  • Support Sales related Fleet Offer confirmation process
  • Provide backup in Fleet Customer registration process (FIN code registration)
  • Provide backup in Fleet Claim control process


Support VM Campaign planning

  • Collect and analyse market competition data
  • Prepare and analyse campaign summaries, sales reports to support Campaign planning and Financial closing


Support MPS related or other projects

  • MPS or other VM program related development Projects
  • Support Dealer Trainings (MPS, Vista)
  • Coordinate ISO audit


  • University or College Degree
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple projects with an eye on deadline
