Loyalty Specialist (HR7898507X)

Purpose of the position

The Loyalty specialist works within the CEE Marketing team and country Retail team to ensure the high-standard operation and further developments of the Company’s ClubSmart program for B2C customers in specific country. Besides the local responsibilities, the holder of this position may also have CEE-level responsibilities.
The holder of the position works closely with CEE Loyalty Manager, the CEE Loyalty team members and the members of the country retail team. Additional internal interfaces will include the Global Loyalty team and the IT, the Finance and the C&P community. Important external partners also need to be managed, such as card production and data capturing companies, payment partners.

Accountabilities:

  • Implement the loyalty strategy into the country
  • New customers initiatives country implementation – connected with loyalty, new partners or new benefits for loyalty customers
  • Manage the gift distribution with external partner
  • Manage new catalogue/leaflet print and products selection
  • Manage Card production and Data capture process and contracts
  • Manage the loyalty program communication on sites - BTL
  • Manage country Loyalty Finances: monthly closing, GSAP
  • Participation on regional projects or focal point for loyalty related activities
  • Implementation of Control Procedures
  • IT set up for loyalty related activities
  • Manage the trainings for colleagues on sites or across the key business functions
  • Engage the local stakeholders with loyalty activities and results
  • Focal point for payment in country – marketing related activities

Experience and qualification required:

    We continue to build a professional Retail Marketing organization. Professional Retail experience as well as Marketing and a good overall understanding of the Retail business will therefore be an advantage in any application. However, we do not exclude the possibility that outstanding candidates without Retail experience could be selected.

    We are looking for candidates with:
  • University degree required;
  • 2 years of experience in Loyalty Scheme;
  • Demonstrable competence in Stakeholder Management;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Open, proactive and supportive personality;
  • Ability to work virtually in international environment;
  • Focus on delivery and ability to perform multitasking activities;
  • Fluent English
