- We are looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist (for Hungarian stores)!
- YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:
- • Loss prevention trainings – practical morning trainings, theoretical training for the new employees
- • Real time prevention – observation of the shopping floor, prevention of the losses on the most risky stores in Budapest,
- • RE-Action: analysing the Action plans of the stores, creating improving strategies, CCTV searching for the thieves, Reports to the Police.
- • Controlling action – small loss prevention audits focused on practical skills of the employees
- • Daily cooperation with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Expectation:
WE SEARCH FOR A PERSON WHO:
• Has minimum 1 year experience in retail
• Has a good command of English
• High level of communication and problem solving skills
• Flexible, innovative and proactive attitude
• Willingness to travel occasionally (visit of the stores in the countryside)
• Has good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• You want to develop professionally and your career path is important to you
• Proficiency and experience in training, collaboration and a helpful attitude
