Feladatok

End-to-end ownership of assigned application areas within ERP LN and related platforms
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical and performance issues
Driving root-cause analysis and ensuring sustainable fixes implemented
Ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance with SLA and DR requirements
Maintaining and improving monitoring, alerting, and operational procedures
Identifying opportunities to improve, simplify, or automate recurring operational activities
Contributing to enhancing system performance, reliability, and maintainability
Exploring and leveraging modern technologies including AI and low-code tools to improve support and efficiency
Supporting and maintaining Infor ERP LN, Infor OS, ION, LN UI, and related platforms
Supporting technical implementation and enhancement activities
Working closely with Integration, Development, and Infrastructure teams to support and improve end-to-end solutions
Providing technical input during changes, upgrades, and project activities

Elvárások

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years proven experience with Infor ERP LN in a technical implementation and administration role
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases
Ownership mindset with responsibility and issue resolution
Proactive approach identifying problems and improvements
Hands-on and pragmatic operational effectiveness
Continuous learning interest in new technologies including AI and automation
Collaboration skills across teams and cultures
Experience with automation, scripting, or DevOps practices
Exposure to AI-assisted tools or low-code platforms
Familiarity with ITIL or structured support environments
