    Role Summary/Purpose

    Responsible for operational controlling of Power Services Global Parts business under the POC model. Duties include reporting, closing, reconciliations, process change, accounting policy implementation, and support on any ongoing project.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Go to market/Principle operating company/Product center profitability validation
  • Period closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Provide timely accurate Account Reconciliation support for R2R organization for all related natural accounts
  • Support on balance sheet reconciliation
  • TS Parts functional cost support for FP&A Base cost owner
  • TS warranty management, support HQ teams in rebuilding the E2E process
  • POC P&L ownership – actuals, forecast, plans
  • Transportation cost ownership, build & drive project allocation process
  • Identify and work on system issues elimination
  • Support regions as Parts finance expert – system, process and pricing issues
  • Other ad hoc issue resolution
  • Active partner to the Global Parts FP&A and Controllership team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Risk Management and/or equivalent experience
  • A wealth of finance experience / International experience
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and international environment and matrix organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with technology related
