ZF Hungária Kft. is searching for experienced colleague for the following position:
Lead Data Engineer
Your tasks:
- Understanding business needs around big data integration, data engineering, and data operations to build end-to-end data pipelines for analytics purposes
- Designing and implementing, highly performant data ingestion & transformation pipelines from multiple sources using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Spark/Scala/Python
- Orchestrate, Automate, and maintain, and testing of Data Pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Continuously improve optimize our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data collection and data flow
- Work with IT domain teams and business partners, to assist with data-related technical issues and support the end-to-end production operations of data pipelines for our Process Mining team
Your profile:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience extracting data from SAP systems, building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks Spark using Scala and/or Python
- Sound knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts, Data models, and big data lake environment(s)
- Proven experience in data analysis and writing data processing rules for ETL/ELT/ process in a warehouse environment
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm to work in a multi-cultural global team and work towards common objectives
