Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Support regional finance and controllership teams with technical accounting queries under IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Analyze and interpret accounting topics (e.g. revenue, lease, tax-related issues) and provide clear, structured recommendations
- Prepare technical accounting documentation and memos for internal stakeholders and audits
- Collaborate with country accountants and controllers across multiple entities and regions
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and strengthening of internal controls
- Provide guidance on complex or non-standard accounting treatments and support audit readiness

Requirements

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5-6 years of E2E accounting experience in multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes (GL, reporting, reconciliations, month-end closing, statutory etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills
