YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To actively shape country KA strategy and strategic decision making from a sales and customer point of view and ensure full understanding within sales & marketing organization
- To define and implement a differentiating sales strategy fully consistent with country / marketing / customer strategy, to direct commercial policies / conditions and allocate human and financial resources accordingly
- To ensure delivery of forecasted results according to KA sales plan utilizing superior operative sales planning, forecasting, and monitoring (incl. price and product flow) mechanisms and KPIs, and taking timely and matching corrective actions in case of deviations from plan
- To closely follow up, actively share with corresponding functions, esp. marketing, and dynamically respond to opportunities, issues, market changes incl. competitor moves, adjusting tactics as required.
- Builds holistic short and mid-term key account strategy & plan based on the distributor’s needs and strategy (eg. co -marketing activities, exclusive product access, system integration between Bayer and key account) in the frame of national channel strategy and campaign plan.
- Manages contractual relationship, negotiates targets, plan, implement and review campaign plan with Key Accounts
- Leads communication of Key Account plan to Bayer sales and marketing teams, ensures Bayer sales team support in districts
- Develops strategy with Key Accounts and partnership which supports our demand generation by CARs at farm level - Partners/distributor to ensure that the farmers receive our solutions.
- Ensures company to company relationship with Channel Partners and mobilizes necessary Bayer resources from other functions
- Regular inventory monitoring
- Member of Sales leadership team working in close cooperation with the sales lead

WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree
- Previous operational experience in customer facing positions
- Solid agricultural knowledge and understanding of local market environment
- Strong customer focus and strategic mindset
- Highly developed organizational skills; attention to procedure and detail; a proven ability to deliver results in a multi-disciplinary, team-based working environment; ability to negotiate at high levels and excellent presentation skills

Requirements:


- University degree
- Previous operational experience in customer facing positions
