Responsibilities

Act as the initial point of contact for end users via phone and email.
Diagnose basic technical issues and provide first-line resolutions.
Create and categorize support tickets, ensuring correct priority levels.
Escalate more complex incidents to specialized support teams.
Follow up on open cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure proper incident closure once the problem is resolved.

Requirements

C1 German and B1+ English level.
Previous experience in IT Support/Customer Service is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome but not necessary.
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to learn new technologies.
