Junior Administration Specialist

Your challenges:

  • Close cooperates with travel partners (agencies, hotels, airlines, taxi companies)
  • Arranges travel, accommodation and meeting places in accordance with internal procedures
  • Assists Administration in organization of key company events in Hungary
  • Trains the reception employee to provide highest quality service in accordance to company policies and procedures
  • Provides information of Administration pages on the internal website and other communication tools
  • Coordinates orders with providers
  • Delivers necessary reports on travel expenses (flights, hotels, taxis) for further consolidation
  • Supports employees in case of company vehicles services
  • Provides administrative back-up of car fleet management and office procedures

Requirements:

  • High MS Office skills
  • Communicative English
  • Good interpersonal and planning skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of energy and willingness to work in lively environment
  • Customer Focus
  • Positive, results-driven self-starter with ‘can do’ attitude
