Responsibilities

Implementation of ServiceNow solutions including system configuration and development of custom features
Support of technical consulting and quality assurance activities
Following implementation standards and technical best practices
Providing expertise on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform
Understanding business needs and helping standardize processes in design and deliverables

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on JavaScript
ServiceNow CSA and Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals certificate or completed training
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent English

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of German
