Japanese speaker - FIT tour coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hotel and land service bookings
- Communication with hotels, suppliers and clients
- Communication in Japanese and English, troubleshooting with partners and suppliers
- Customer service via phone
- Administration
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
- University degree in tourism or at least 6 months experience in the sector
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude
- High tolerance, flexibility, empathy and resilience
- Good problem solving and concentration skills, precision and meeting deadlines
- Solid computer skills
