Italian speaking Customer Support Representative
Task:
- Customer support on email and chat platforms (answering general and specific questions of clients)
- Professional handling of client claims and requests.
- Computer assisted administration of client claims and requests.
- Escalating more complicated issues for further processing.
Expectation:
- 40 hours per week working schedule within opening hours
- Strong Italian (B2) and English (B2) language knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Client focused attitude
- Reliable and confident personality
