What tasks will you have?
Support regular RTO-related activities:
- Maintain, update incident registry
- Prepare incident reports for internal and external purposes
- Track responses for audit findings
- Prepare audit reports for internal and external purposes
- Maintain audit administration
Support other regular activities of the CIO Team:
- Coordinate with IDP owners: assess, track, verify and QA the
- various tasks to be performed by the IDP owners
- Regularly scan and QA the content of the IDP registry
- Support, when needed, the implementation of changes in the IDP
- registry, coordinate with the IDP owners about the changing
Support ad'hoc activities of the CIO Team:
- Support other activities, e.g. actions of the ICT strategy,
- New way of working, Building Bridges and other initiatives by:
- Preparation of special reports, presentations,
- Organize and document workshops
What do we expect from you?
- Ongoing studies within IT or engineering
- At least 1 year of student status remaining
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Strong MS Office skills
- Some existing past experience as trainee
