IT Sourcer

Your responsibilities will include

  • Searching for a wide range of IT professionals (e.g. software developers, test automation engineers, business analysts, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with Recruiters and Employee Managers to understand hiring needs, business context and landscape
  • Identify creative and original sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
  • Using both traditional and alternative sources (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and recruit candidates who are fitting the most the LSYH culture
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Being involved in market investigation/research
  • Managing the candidate experience by ensuring that all candidates have positive interaction with LSYH at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Driving sourcing projects and recruiting initiatives including meetups, conferences, and other tech events
  • Being an ambassador for the LSYH brand in the greater community

You are looking for us if You

  • Have previous technical sourcing experience (at least 3 years) with deep understanding of IT recruitment
  • Are familiar with traditional and unique sourcing techniques and utilization of social media
  • Have expert-level internet search, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Have flexibility to work with changing priorities based on team/business needs
  • Are able to develop strategic working relationships with Recruiters, Employee Managers
  • Are proactive and have strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Are a team player but can work individually as well
  • Can fluently communicate in English and have outstanding communication skills
  • Have analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Have an interest in new recruiting trends and social media
  • Are passionate and dedicated to utilizing sourcing techniques necessary to effectively attract and influence candidates
