IT Service Desk Agent (L1)
- Take, register, analyze and process all sorts of user inquiries related to our existing IT-landscape
- Fulfill service requests based on pre-defined procedures (password resets, providing access, remote Software installation, VPN Setup, IT procurements, etc)
- Manage customer’s hard- and software requests
- Manage the configuration management database
Profile / Expectations
- Studies in Information Technology or 2-3 years comparable work experience
- Optimistic, goal-oriented, and customer focused attitude
- Interest in supporting users with respect to IT infrastructure
- High motivation
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
