IT Program Manager
We are looking for an IT Program Manager colleague for one of our multinational Key Partners. The project is going to be a new project with a brand-new team. The new colleague should participate in building up the processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction
- Creating and managing long-term goals
- Responsibility for budget and operating plan
- SWOT analysis for the improvement
- Ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of services, customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Managing the team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
- Stakeholders management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT program management
- Minimum 2 years of experience with team management
- Stakeholder management skills and experience
- Project management mindset
- Flexible, solution oriented mindset
