IT Junior Service Desk Technician

Place Of Work: Budapest, Hungary

    Continously growing world known multinational company is looking for a new team member for their IT department in the fast food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for internal partners
  • Deliver fast solutions to IT issues
  • Monitoring computer systems daily data interfaces
  • Cooperation with vendors and external service companies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with respect to delivery
  • Manage cases according to SLA’s in our ticketing system
  • Ensure network and IT related equipment are functioning properly
  • Process improvement activities for service level improvements
  • Review shift reports and validate activities carried out in the shift
  • Be part of the process for new restaurant openings, renovations process management (including purchases, coordination, communication, installation, provisioning)
  • Completing internal IT tasks and small projects management and coordination according to standardized rules

Candidates must be motivated and target driven with the following qualities:

  • A passion for solving IT problems
  • IT related studies – College or University would be preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years within IT – relevant experience – ( IT customer service is not enough)
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent hungarian and english language
  • Good understanding of the industry and domain (technical knowledge)
  • Be able to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Good PC skills (working knowledge of both hardware and software systems)
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Logical thinker
  • Very much customer focused
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritize and stay focus
  • Dynamic, cheerful personality and willingness to learn and achieve goals
  • B category drivers license needed
  • Flexible working hours; day and afternoon as well as stand by hours
