IT Infrastructure Service Desk Operator

Description:

    Allianz Technology is looking for Level 1 candidates to IT Infrastructure Service Desk Operator position with the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Support customers within the CEE and other regions
  • Handling incoming phone calls, e-mails, incident- and request tickets
  • Categorize and prioritize incidents and requests
  • Administer the executed operational process in a ticketing system
  • Cooperate with other players of global IT operational processes
  • Execute other usual Service Desk activities

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a multicultural environment in IT operation
  • Fluent communication in English - written, spoken and telephone
  • Experience with working in a process controlled environment with a ticketing system
  • Familiar with IT operation and services such as servers, virtual machines, storages, LAN, etc.
  • Ambition to gather wide range of knowledge in fields of DC services
  • Proactive, flexible and customer centric approach is expected
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring systems
  • Basic Windows desktop OS administration

Advantages:

  • Basic knowledge of Nagios, Centreon and SCOM
  • Ability to communicate in German
