IT Infra Engineer (Budapest)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the environment deployments, upgrades, hotfixes, security patches on Linux/Unix system
- Manage the scan of the system security
- Manage accounts : create, track and delete
- Cooperate with others , such as platform or application layers support
- Take responsibility for the Infrastructure domain delivery of software projects in the European regions. (Be responsible for the project TTL, site survey, LLD design, etc., and guide the team to complete the delivery in the Infra domain.)
- Introduce capabilities in the Infra domain and Team Management.
What you have to bring with you:
- Knowledge in Linux with database and virtualization skills;
- Server and system configuration to deploy, test and integrate systems for large multi-tiered distributed software applications
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking equipment, Linux OS's accessing a SAN Storage and about storages configuration and Oracle databases
- Understanding of hardware/software integration issues and problem resolution
- Incident and Problem Management skills - confident to analyze and solve problems of the network, OS, DB, hardware and software components, incident trend and root cause analysis
- Capacity to identify the risks / single point of failures in the infrastructure and to mitigate them
- Able to provide performance tuning and capacity forecasting
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
