Responsibilities
Preparation of Business Concept and Business Strategy
Review, analysis and evaluation of business systems, user requirements and processes
Definition of business goals and KPIs
Cooperation with developer and testing team
Participation in User Acceptance Testing
Support of Project management with delivering relevant information
Preparation of high-quality documentations using industry standards (workflow charts, diagrams, presentations)
Review of business processes (BPR) with planning controls and improving procedures

Requirements
At least 3-years of experience as IT System Analyst
Problem-solving personality with structured thinking
Open-minded team player attitude
Strong time-management skill
Ability to work independently
Strong documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Speaking and writing in English
Knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence)
College or University degree in Informatics or Financial
