university or college degree specialized in Economics with strong interest in IT and/or degree in IT with strong interest in Economics,
3-5 years’ relevant experience in IT organization role, preferably in an internal / external technology consultant or PM role,
exceptional conceptual skills (understanding of complex scenarios and develop creative solutions),
experience in at least one of the following areas: IT governance, IT service management, IT infrastructure, IT operations and strategy, IT compliance, IT architecture,
business Analyst experience is an advantage, however not required,
experience in Banking or Telecom is an advantage, however not required,
strong English skills and Hungarian native language knowledge (is a must),
ability and willingness to learn and deliver in a challenging environment,
strong analytical and presentation skills,
good communication and interpersonal skills,
strong client management skills and proactive personality.

take part in large business and IT projects as a subject matter expert depending on your previous experience (Strategy development, Architecture design, Vendor selection, Project management, Quality assurance, System and organization review, etc.),
analyze the effectiveness of business processes and IT systems,
participate in the development of proposals and deliverables.
