    • IT Operations Service Desk
      • Request management
      • Change management
      • Incident management
      • Project management
    • Infrastructure maintenance and support (install, set, change, remove)
      • Internal and external network
      • Network device management (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint)
      • Server management (ESXi, RedHat, WS2012-2016)
      • Device management (Dell servers, and HP desktops)
    • Client  Software management
      • Installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting with cooperation of external suppliers or Group teams
      • License management
    • Monitoring
      • Servers, services performance and issues, and alerting when an anomaly occurs
      • Resources (RAM, disk space, utilization of servers and network components)
    • User management
      • Creation, modification and deletion of user profiles
      • Managing user access rights
    • Workstation Infrastructure Deployment
      • Workstations deployment
      • Deployment of improvements and fixes to the network and infrastructure
    • IT Governance
      • Following the IT policy
      • Manage IT related catalogs

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Experience at least 3 years in a same position for server and User management
    • Fluency in English language is a must
    • Ability to meet agreed deadlines
    • Willingness to effectively cooperate with other colleagues/departments and offer them support when needed
    • Interested in following new server and infrastructure technologies and relevant communities
    • Has strong communication and problem solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills; prioritization of tasks and projects
    • Pays attention to details
    • Analytical, team player and solution oriented
    • Demonstrate an active and positive approach
