Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues related to the iREMS software
Providing advice and expert knowledge by email, chat, and web channels
Working closely with Product Development and DevOps to diagnose problems and deliver solutions
Liaising with the software development team
Delivering professional and efficient customer service while performing to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
Communicating clearly and effectively both internally and externally
Accurately recording all customer contact and outcomes within designated software
Escalating issues in a timely and appropriate manner in line with SLAs
Adhering to the working processes and procedures of the department
Contributing to and maintaining knowledge base articles and documents

Requirements
2-4 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service in a customer-focused environment, preferably a contact center
IT qualifications or degree education
Experience working in a technical or software support capacity
Fluent language skills in English
Good questioning skills and good attention to detail
Ability to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business
Desire to take personal responsibility for resolving issues
High learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned
