We are seeking for a

Invoice dispute resolution expert

to our Support Center based in Budapest.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer’s freight bill vendor on problematic invoices to ensure smooth payment flow between customer and suppliers,
  • Single point of contact between FBV (fright billed vendor) and LLP (Lead Logistics Provider) stakeholders,
  • Handle escalations linked to payment issues due to failed invoices,
  • Monitor and address outstanding items based on weekly reports,
  • Analyze invoice failure reasons and identify corrective actions,
  • Communicate disputed items to respective stakeholders and monitor addressed items are followed-up,
  • Participate on regular status calls with FBV and customer,
  • Address resolutional/alignment calls with suppliers and external, internal stakeholders,
  • Work in close co-operation with LLP stakeholders operational management and commercial/procurement team,
  • Contact suppliers regarding aging accounts due to invoicing discrepancies directly or via operational or account management,
  • Escalate issues further to appropriate level when and where needed,
  • Produce reports on regular and on ad-hoc basis.

Expectations

  • At least 2-3 years of experiance required in the field of invoicing, shared service area or logtics , logistic background is an advantage,
  • Overview of invoicing background of logistic sector (1-2 years),
  • Good analyzing skills,
  • Good communications skills,
  • Good negotiation skills, asstertive communication knowledge,
  • Overview of invoicing background of logistic sector (1-2 years),
  • Good command of English,
  • Good command of time management skills,
  • MS Excel advanced knowledge (without macros).
